Medical Dialysis Paper

Compared with non-woven fabrics, medical dialysis paper has the characteristics of low price and convenient use. It can be heat-sealed or glue-sealed with film materials such as PE and PP, and is often used as a sterilization packaging material for medical devices in the medical packaging industry. At present, the domestic sterilization methods for sterilization packaging materials are mainly ETO ethylene oxide sterilization method and high temperature humid steam method. Therefore, medical dialysis paper is required to have a certain degree of air permeability and a small pore size to block bacteria and dust, but allows ethylene oxide gas or vapor to pass through.

Product Description

Brief introduction:

Application:

The blister packaging used for some of the higher-end third-class medical devices is used as a hard blister sealing cover material, such as PETG, PVC, PS, PP, PET blister boxes and other materials that are well sealed.

It is mostly used in medical sterilization. One side is high-density polyvinyl alcohol, and the other side is dialysis paper, which is used to package medical equipment for sterilization. The advantage of dialysis paper is that it can enter and exit steam, but it is impervious to water. It can be sealed with a sealing machine when in use.
